Delivery

Orders of bags placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24h, orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday, with the exception of this being a holiday. Orders placed on holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

Orders of Leather goods are made to order and can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched, customers will be sent an email when their order has been dispatched and can expect its delivery within 3 days (within Britain), or within 8 days (within Europe). Please note that our slippers and keyrings are dispatched directly by the manufacturers - Juta Shoes, based in Hackney - to avoid shipping them more than once.

Be For Change reserves the right to close the shop at its discretion, or postpone dispatching items until a later date, in which case the information will be made clear and visible on the website.

All deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail.

Returns

We will accept returns for refund or exchange within 7 days after you received your order.

If requesting a refund, please note that any transactions will only be processed once the item being returned has arrived at our headquarters and been checked against wear and damage. If the item is deemed too worn or damaged to be resold as new, Be For Change holds the right to deny the customer’s request of a refund, or offer a partial refund.

Products of the Bag For Change collection can be returned for repair or exchange if at any point they break, including if the problem has been caused by wear. Please note that liability is limited to the product and does not extend to any of its contents at the time. You may not be able to exchange the product for another of the same model, which is subject to availability. Should an order be processed for your chosen exchange item and the product sell out, priority will be given to the customer who's order was processed via the website.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend purchasing tracking or insurance when sending your item back to us, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

All returns must be authorized by Be For Change via e-mail prior to the package being sent to us.
